Alex qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and initially joined Birketts as a Solicitor in the Residential Property Team before moving to the Corporate Team in the Chelmsford office in 2022.
Prior to joining the world of law, Alex completed a Sport Management degree, before going on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
Alex assists with a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and general company law matters including articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys going to the gym and playing tennis socially and competitively.
