Blanche Brett
Blanche joined Birketts in November 2023 and is a Solicitor in the Employment Team in our Ipswich office.
Blanche qualified into employment from a local regional law firm in March 2022, having completed seats in personal injury, family and employment.
Blanche advises employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including advice on tribunal proceedings and mediations, preparing and advising on settlement agreements, drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, including restrictive covenants, and advising on disciplinary and grievance processes and redundancy and restructure exercises.
In 2015, Blanche graduated from the University of Lincoln with a degree in Law. In 2020 she completed her LPC/LLM in Legal Practice, alongside working full-time at a local regional law firm.
