Dominic qualified as a solicitor in March 2023. He assists the Corporate Team with a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and general company law matters including articles of association, shareholder agreements, share issues, transfers and buybacks.
Dominic completed his training contract at a regional law firm and undertook commercially focused seats, including dispute resolution, corporate commercial and commercial property. During his corporate commercial seat, he assisted with a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, demergers, shareholder agreements, due diligence, commercial agreements and Islamic finance.
Dominic also has experience of working in contentious IP.
After obtaining his undergraduate law degree, Dominic completed his LPC with MSc at the University of Law in Moorgate. In addition to core modules, he studied mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and employment law.
Dominic enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and playing golf both socially and competitively. He also enjoys watching football and supports Chelsea FC, attending matches when he can.
Dominic loves to travel and is always looking out for new places to visit around the world. He also enjoys cooking and finding new recipes to try.
