Kimberly was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2008 and joined Birketts in January 2018. She is a Legal Director within our Private Client Advisory Team.
Kimberly has over ten years’ experience and advises on a range of matters including drafting tax-efficient and flexible Wills, advising on and drafting family settlements including ancillary trust documents and advising high net worth individuals on succession planning and creating structures for future generations.
Kimberly is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
