Birketts appoints Matthew Stratton to London Corporate Team

Birketts has announced the appointment of Matthew Stratton to its Corporate Team in London.
Matt joins Birketts’ growing Corporate Team as a Partner having qualified in 1999 and been a Partner at Ince & Co since 2014. He brings a wealth of experience from advising international and domestic clients across a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholding arrangements, fund raisings and inward investments.
Matt acts for clients in a diverse range of sectors, including shipping, energy, logistics, PR, tech and real estate. Clients include start-ups, owner managed businesses, international groups and public companies. Much of Matt’s work has an international dimension.
