Daniel Fletcher
Daniel joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023. Daniel is now in his third seat with the Corporate Team.
Daniel’s second seat was with the Construction & Engineering Team, where he was involved in various transactional and contentious matters. Daniel worked with different types of Construction contract suites, including JCT and NEC contracts.
Daniel’s first seat was with the Planning & Environmental Team in our Cambridge office where he assisted the team on a range of environmental, rights of way, planning and highway law matters, including section 106 obligations, planning due diligence, applications for lawful development certificates, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews.
Daniel has prior work experience as a Legal Administrator and in several different customer service roles.
Prior to joining Birketts, Daniel studied Law at the University of Sunderland in which he achieved a first-class degree. He then studied the Legal Practice Course with BPP University in Bristol. Daniel completed electives in Private Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and Advanced Commercial Litigation.
