Danny Aldred

Danny joined Birketts Social Housing Team as a Paralegal in November 2023 based in the Norwich office. Danny deals with a range of matters, including:
- Defence of housing disrepair claims
- Supporting social landlords with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and access injunctions
- Supporting social landlords in the recovery of rent and service change arrears
In 2023, Danny graduated from the University of Sussex with a First Class Honours degree in Law. Danny was also the recipient of the Clinical Legal Education Award and the Company Law Award for his excellence in these modules. Before joining Birketts Danny was a part of the University of Sussex Housing Law Clinic where he provided members of the public free legal advice regarding various housing issues.
