Francesca is an Associate in our Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team based in our Ipswich office.

Francesca works on significant health and safety regulatory matters, conducting on-site accident investigations and supports clients in the aftermath of disasters and fatalities.

Francesca has a particular focus on Public Inquiry Law. She is part of the team working on both the Grenfell Tower Inquiry and the Covid 19 Inquiry, advising and representing a witness to the Covid 19 Inquiry and another individual who provided evidence. For the last 3 years, the team have represented a core participant to the Grenfell Inquiry who gave 3 days of live evidence in 2020.

Francesca also has experience of dealing with private criminal defence matters and representing individuals in the magistrates court.

Francesca studied her undergraduate degree alongside a full-time career in Crisis PR and Business Development, she graduated with a first class honours in 2019 and completed her Masters in 2021 specialising in and writing her dissertation in the inter-relationship between Criminal and Public Inquiry Law.

Prior to qualifying in September 2021 she sat training seats in our Construction and Engineering Team followed by Property Litigation and Regulatory and Corporate Defence.

Outside of work Francesca is a keen artist with a passion for interior design. She is also a slow but happy runner having completed five half marathons; the Norwich Half, the Great North Run, the Great East Run twice and the Monaco Half.
