Kevin Wilson
Kevin leads the Ecclesiastical Team at Birketts and is a Partner in the Private Client Division. He is based in our London office.
Kevin is the Diocesan Registrar of the Diocese of Guildford and Deputy Registrar of the Dioceses of London, Norwich and St. Edmundsbury & Ipswich. He holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Canon Law from Cardiff University.
Prior to his interest in Ecclesiastical law, Kevin spent more than 20 years advising on corporate law matters including mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, management buy-outs, shareholder arrangements and other corporate advisory work.
Kevin is a member of the Ecclesiastical Law Society, the Ecclesiastical Law Association and is a school governor and a Deputy Churchwarden.
Kevin qualified as a Solicitor in October 1999.
