Naomi is a Senior Associate with over 11 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She has a proven track record in successfully running complex and high value litigation and disputes.
Naomi undertakes work in the following areas:
- Administrative and public law litigation (including Judicial Review and Procurement Disputes).
- Education dispute management (including student issues).
- Charities (disputes and regulatory issues).
Naomi has experience in all stages of Court proceedings and expertise in litigation strategy and resolution. She has advised schools and universities in respect of disputes involving issues of discrimination and contractual breach. She has also dealt with procurement disputes in the health sector, innovation sector and pharmaceutical industry. Naomi is based in our Cambridge office and operates firm-wide.
Naomi is recommended and named as a ‘Leading Associate’ by Legal 500 [UK 2025].
