Olivia is a Trainee Solicitor in her first seat in our Shipping and International Trade Team.
Prior to her starting her training contract, Olivia joined Birketts in 2022 as a Paralegal in our Employee Incentives Team, part of the wider Corporate Team. Her role included assisting with the administration and implementation of a wide range of incentive arrangements for employees, including tax approved and non-tax approved share option schemes and employee ownership trust (EOT) matters.
Prior to joining Birketts, Olivia graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2021 and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in 2024. During her degree, Olivia volunteered at the Norfolk Community Law Service spending time in the Domestic Abuse Advice Service and the Employment and Discrimination Legal Advice Service.
Olivia is based in our Ipswich office.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys painting and watching RuPaul’s Drag Race, American Football and Formula One.
