Sara qualified as a Solicitor in September 2018. She joined Birketts in October 2021 and is a Senior Associate within our Immigration Team, based in our London office.
Sara has extensive immigration experience and specialises in both corporate and private immigration matters, including but not limited to providing high level tailored advice for Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications, Family Visa applications, UK Ancestry applications, Creative Worker applications, Government Authorised Exchange visa applications, Sponsor Licence applications including advising on sponsor compliance obligations and mergers and acquisitions, entry clearance and further leave to remain applications, applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain under various immigration categories, and applications to naturalise as a British Citizen.
Sara is well known for building strong client relationships and assisting clients with finding solutions in line with their specific objectives and has built up a strong reputation for her expertise and knowledge. She has experience of working with clients from numerous sectors, including multinational corporations, high net worth individuals and IT and Tech companies.
Sara is also involved in Pro-Bono Legal Clinics with Universities and Law Centres and regularly assists both students as well as members of the public with any immigration related queries they have by providing practical and technical advice.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys travelling, baking (as a result of a lockdown developed hobby!) and spending time with friends and family.
