Thaine has 20 years experience in housing related litigation with an emphasis in ASB, tenancy fraud, disrepair, policy reviews and drafting. Thaine is renowned for his approachable nature and straightforward thinking. He is also a popular trainer and regularly provides tailor made seminars/workshops to many social landlords.
