We have extensive experience of representing insolvency practitioners in their capacity as Trustees in Bankruptcy.
Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA)
We can advise debtors whether an IVA may be appropriate for their purposes, and thereafter assist the debtor to obtain the backing of a licensed insolvency practitioner to the IVA proposal.
In addition to advising debtors, we also advise licensed insolvency practitioners and the creditors who will be affected by an IVA proposal.
