Our experience and client base
We act exclusively for landowners and offer our services to a full range of clients – from the UK’s largest developers to farmers and other individual landowners – and have experience of agreeing lease as well as litigating against all the major phone companies.
The team’s work involves arranging the removal of mast sites across the country to facilitate redevelopment, advising on the validity of break notices relating to decommissioning of mast sites, dealing with lease and wayleave agreements, and advising on Upper Tribunal Land Chamber cases pursuant to the Electronic Communications Code.
